Scope of Works

This new steel-framed multi-storey building Insignia are currently working on, situated between an existing school and leisure centre, requiring careful planning to ensure minimum disruption to the school.  Working hours were restricted during the day to suit the school opening /closing times. Insignia achieved the tight programme set by the client to achieve the key dates they required.  

 

The works involved are Enabling works, Groundworks, Reinforce Concrete Basement Box, Swimming pool as the upper level and concrete topping to metal decking.
